This page lists the Bestatic themes that are available on our GitHub theme repo. We plan to update this page regularly as more and more themes will be developed.
Wondering how to use these themes for your website and/or blog? Please see the instructions here.
You can always make your own Bestatic themes too! The process is rather straightforward and satisfying! See this page for details.
If you have made a Bestatic theme, please consider opening a pull request to our GitHub repo so that we can make it available to everyone.
This is the default theme for Bestatic. A demo website is available. And a screenshot is available below:

This site itself uses Modular theme. So, the demo is right here! Still, a screenshot is available below. This theme is designed to be minimalistic and modular, allowing easy customization and extension. You can use it to create a modern portfolio, blog, and documentation, everything in one theme!

This is a minimal Bestatic theme. This theme has been ported from the popular hugo-bearblog theme (which is based on the original Bear Blog). A demo website is available.
IMPORTANT: Note that, this theme does not come with a home.html.jinja2 template. That is perfectly fine! If you are using this theme for quickstart, you just need to create a home.md file in the pages directory to create a homepage. Please see this section for details on this.

This theme is designed for academic lab group websites. It features sections for team members, publications, research projects, and news updates. This theme is currently being used in this website.
IMPORTANT: Note that, while this theme does come with a home.html.jinja2 template, it may be better to rename it after quickstart. See this section for details on this.

This is another theme designed for academic lab group websites. It is currently being used in this website.
This theme also features sections for team members, publications, research projects, and news updates, but it is a bit simpler and more minimal, but still fully functional and easy to use for structured data processing.
IMPORTANT: Note that, while this theme does come with a home.html.jinja2 template, it may be better to rename it after quickstart. See this section for details on this.
